Dermaser S.r.l. is committed to acting ethically and responsibly by requiring employees, its partners and third parties to operate in compliance with: the 231 Model and/or company procedures, code of ethics.
Dermaser S.r.l. has a procedure for handling reports of wrongdoing that complies with Legislative Decree. March 10, 2023, no. 24 of “Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and on provisions concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws” (“Legislative Decree. 24/2023“).
In deference to the provisions of Art. 5(1)(e) of Legislative Decree. 24/2023 the Company makes available to those expressly provided for in the regulations – through publication, on this page, of the procedure adopted – information on the channel, procedure and prerequisites for making internal or external reports (so-called Whistleblowing reports).
Without prejudice to the possibility of submitting anonymous reports, pursuant to and in accordance with Leg. 24/2023, the Company guarantees, in any case and in every way, the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and all the protections legislatively provided for the benefit of the whistleblower.
Dermaser S.r.l. will not tolerate any improper, dishonest or illegal activity, as well as any behavior that may cause damage or harm, including image damage to the company.
Please note that only and exclusively reports will be considered: (i) carried out by parties entitled under the procedure and/or Leg. 24/2023; (ii) for the violations specified therein; (iii) made through the specially designated channels.
Only when these conditions are met will the reporter benefit from the protections outlined in the procedure and/or Leg. 24/2023.
Therefore, before proceeding with the submission of the report, we invite you to take a look at the procedure, published on this website of the Company, in which you will be able to find specific indications regarding:
- Who can report;
- What can be reported;
- What channels can be used to make the report (internal and external channel);
- How to report (anonymous reporting);
- Who receives and handles the report;
- What protections accrue to the reporter;
- What consequences there may be if the procedure is violated.
Finally, we invite you to read the information regarding data processing that you will find attached below by the Company in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679:
The platform is managed by a third party in order to ensure the effectiveness and confidentiality of the reporting process and provide access to anyone who wishes to make a report, anonymous or otherwise.
The reporting channel guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter, the person involved and anyone mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report.
Following a report, no form of retaliation against its author is permitted.
